Data Storage and Portability
Stormweight Systems Inc uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Stormweight. Although Stormweight Systems Inc owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Stormweight application, you retain all rights to your data. We will be happy to assist with the export of your data to open formats.
Security of Personal Information
Customers who buy through the Stormweight System Inc system are shopping on a secure server which encrypts customer’s credit card information and passwords. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.
Stormweight Systems Inc has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to help prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or use.
Our servers are protected in a state-of-the-art facility, protected by biometric authentication, key card access and video surveillance. The facility is professionally monitored and staffed 24×7.
Disclosure
Stormweight Systems Inc may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

You can decide whether or not to provide personal information to Stormweight Systems Inc and withdraw your consent to us processing your personal information at any time.
